Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a ride at any time. Any applicable fee depends on when you cancel and is shown before you confirm.
Before a driver accepts
Free. Cancelling before a driver has accepted your request carries no charge.
After acceptance, before arrival
Usually free if the driver is clearly further away than the estimated arrival time or taking an unusually long route. Otherwise a small cancellation fee may apply.
After the driver arrives
A cancellation fee applies if you cancel after the driver has marked themselves as arrived at your pickup location, to cover the driver’s time and fuel.
Driver cancellations
If your driver cancels, you are not charged and may rebook immediately at no extra cost.
No-shows
If you do not meet the driver within a reasonable waiting time after they arrive, the driver may cancel the trip and a no-show / cancellation fee may apply.
Fees
Any cancellation fee is always shown in the app before you confirm the cancellation.
